Thanks for posting that topic, too. I put in a brief reply just so Sue would have something from both of us in the same place. We'll have to talk some more about it after we finish the other 2 posts that have to be made by tomorrow (argh).
They shouldn't be too hard. Just finished the Association one. Fortunately, I've seen about 4 presentations on the OCLC report at conferences, so I just need to nail it down. A lot of times they'll post their powerpoints on the OCLC site if you want the abbreviated version.
Don't know if we want to keep it to two libraries. Funding chances are always better the more cooperating libraries you have (since this is going to be looked at as if it were a real grant app). Shouldn't be too much more work to add more. Just have to nail down the funding source. Still thinking on it.
