Digging for info on grants to digitize comics, and I ran across this. Wonder if we can get it used as a text instead of the Litman thing.

I actually took a course on copyright law that was taught by one of the lawyers involved with the Roy Orbison case that's mentioned.
Still trying to get work to pay for a course. Then again, that would mean I'd have to do my own clearances...
I used this as one of my "digital objects" last term. I thought it was really cool.
Sorry for doin' the two step. Actually didn't look at other people's objects last sem- too busy trying to finish my own. Not good times... NOT good times...
Haha I DEFINITELY didn't expect you to know that I posted it, I'm sure a bunch of other people posted it too, but I wouldn't know, because who had time to look at others' objects!
